HOW TO REGISTER
1. Fill Out the Online Form
Click the button below to complete the registration form. Make sure to fill in all camper details, medical info, emergency contacts, and consent sections.
2. Pay Your Deposit
To secure your spot, a non-refundable deposit of R500 is required by 15 October 2025. Full payment is due by 30 November 2025.
3. Email Proof of Payment
Send your proof of payment to: holyculture.youth1@gmail.com Use your child’s name as the reference.

The fee for the camp is R2800. Installment payments are welcomed. All payments should be made by November 30, 2025.
ALL PAYMENTS MUST BE PAYABLE BEFORE THE END OF NOVEMBER 2025. A non-refundable registration fee deposit of R500 must be paid before 15 October 2025 to secure a spot for your teenager. Failure to pay beforehand will result in forfeiting your teenagers spot. No late payment will be accepted unless your teenager is registered after this date.

Registration is only confirmed once both form and payment are received.
Spaces are limited and will be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.
Campers without completed consent forms will not be allowed to travel.
